How rechargeable batteries could be recharged? 

Commonly rechargeable batteries have same electrochemistry character. It needs chemic-reaction is transferable reaction, so it can transfer electricity power to chemic power by electrical source. Caution: Don't try to recharge dry batteries because chemic-reaction is untransferable, otherwise it will leak or blast.
